We have a check-in system to provide added security for families. Each family will input their information (Parents, children, and any other guests/approved guardians) including: first, last names, birthdates, contact phone number & email, and address. This only needs to be completed one time, but please be sure to update information if anything changes.

Upon check-in, each family will receive: name tags for each child & a guardian receipt--all containing the same alpha-numeric code, a code which is unique to each family and changes with every check in. If you were to drop your guardian receipt, there is no information about your child. However, each child's name tag includes the name and phone number of the approved parent/guardian who checked them in. This person can be changed at check in, if needed.

It is important to note any allergies or special needs upon check-in. This will appear on the child's name tag.

ALLERGIES
We try to keep any snacks given by our KidsLife team allergy-friendly. We avoid giving out ANY nuts/peanut butter at any time. Typically we give baby puffs, cheerios, and occasionally goldfish or animal crackers (Mostly in our Preschool areas). From time to time, individual small group leaders or families may bring a special treat to share with their group. Leaders will reference the name tag for listed allergies.

SPECIAL NEEDS
We love all children and are eager to get to know each child on a personal level. Please speak with our department leads to communicate specific needs and provide any suggestions. We do our very best to accommodate within the classroom environments, but if needed we may open a special room for more individualized care.

If there are needs that arise during the service which require either a parent to pick up the child or to come speak with our team, the alpha-numeric code on your guardian receipt will be displayed on the screen in the worship center OR we will contact you through text message.

Safety is very important to our KidsLife team. We regularly check our buildings to ensure environments are safe and hazard-free. All of our team has been through a screening process which involves a background check and team training. We also have guidelines in place for classroom management and bathroom/diapering policies to ensure the utmost accountability and peace of mind.

We ask that you do not bring a child that has any of the following existing conditions or which have existed within the last 24 hours: a temperature of 100 degrees or higher, vomiting, diarrhea, severe coughing, colored nasal drainage, pink eye, head lice, undiagnosed rash, open skin lesions.

Child should be fever free for 24 hours without medication.  

Child should be episode free for 24 hours if previously vomited or had diarrhea.

We do! Child Dedication is a time of celebration, fellowship, and commissioning as parents dedicate their children to the Lord. You can use this form to express interest in our next child dedication celebration!
